INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT
Clarks will only collect personal information about you if you provide it to us voluntarily.
When you elect to participate in one of our contests, you must consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for contest administration and prize notification purposes. Clarks carefully selects reputable business partners who exhibit our same high level of commitment to protecting your personal privacy.
Keeping your personal information confidential and secure is important to Clarks. We have implemented certain procedures in order to protect the personal information you provide to us from unauthorized access and improper use, and we will continue to update those procedures as appropriate.
