RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Clarks, we want you to be as confident in your purchase as we are in our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your unworn product within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.
For your convenience we offer FREE returns by mail. If you would like to exchange any unworn, original condition, resalable product, use our online return process and place a new order for the product you would like. Once we receive your return it can take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to process. Please note that when returning a product and placing a new order, two separate transactions will post to your credit card. One for the new order and one for the refund of the original item you are returning.
At this time we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders placed on clarkscanada.com in Clarks stores in Canada. In addition, purchases made in-store must be returned at a Clarks store location in Canada, in accordance with its return policy.
Returns Processing Delay:
We are currently experiencing major delays in processing returns. Please allow up to 3 weeks from time of delivery for us to complete your return. You will receive a confirmation once can expect your refund. We appreciate your patience.
FREE RETURNS BY MAIL
The following instructions will help guide you through the returns process.1. Go to the Returns Page to begin the returns process
2. Enter your order number and email address
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return by providing the quantity and reason code for each.
4. You will receive an email containing your pre-paid Canada Post Return label (the label can also be printed from the site).
5. Print a copy of the Return email to include in the return packaging allowing us to process your return quicker.
6. Print your pre-paid Canada Post Return label, and securely attach it to the package
7. Retain your tracking number for future reference
